Mariko Brenner is a multidisciplinary artist, peot, somatic healer, musician, ethical business mentor and green witch, living and working outside of Detroit, MI. She earned her BFA in Ceramics from College for Creative Studies in 2014.
After taking a long ten year nearly hiatus, Mariko was inspired to start working in fibers again while in therapy and recovery from a spinal injury. Currently, Mariko has jumped in feet first to Four-Shaft Weaving on a 50-year-old Macomber Floor Loom.
She is a published author and her poetry and storytelling are included in two anthologies.
